Definition is up and coming four piece Prog rock band, all of the prime age of 15, based in Mid Cornwall. The band started playing in the spring of 2007 with its original line up of Tom Fieldhouse, David Tregonning, Daniel moore and Hans . After a few months of rehearsials and some small school concerts the band lost Tom who wanted to persue with other hobbies. The band later welcomed Martin Stephens to the band in early July of 2007, where later that month Definition went on to win schools battle of the bands.

Album Update!
The much promised album is on its way!

A 12 track line up has been completed for the album and work is well under way! A couple of lyrics need to be wrote or completed and the music side just needs putting together a bit more! It all coming on well and we hope to have the album done for our next concert which will probably be in september!

Our latest demo "You'll Be Back" will appear on the album - check it out (sorry its not perfect we only run it through once before recording it!)

Definition needs reasons, ideas, inspiration and a fan....

give us a decent reason to write a song for you... also to support your argument you can tell us what the song should be like (ballad or crushing metal etc.). remember, this song is yours! you can decide what it is about and everything!

Judges remarks - 4th July 2008
Good commerical composition with a very effective introduction. Good dynamic vocalist, but remember to sing into the mic! Inventive guitarist . Work on the break dancing and you'll be there! Well done.
